My interest in crafting began when I was on maternity leave after having my first child. Now, ten years on, I've taught myself embroidery, knitting, die cutting and glass staining. I also enjoy making greetings cards and stationery. However, I know it can be difficult to find the time to indulge in a hobby when you have small children to care for, and some crafting projects require your full concentration. I started this blog to share what I've learned over the years about finding time for hobbies and planning crafting projects around family commitments.
